On which platform are you experiencing this?

Just in case, on your card’s driver profile for Conan Exiles, do you have Power Management Mode to maximum and Threaded Optimization on?

Which headset are you using?

It’s been fixed internally and it should come out soon.
It’s also been Easter vacation for us and we’re incorporating today (Oslo office).

Are the thralls that disappear added via the admin panel or are they broken normally with the Wheel of Pain?

Sorry for the late response. Could you try something? If you’re in a clan with your friend, could you ask him to kick you out of the clan and then add you again?
Your issue sounds like a similar one we heard reports about recently, and this seemed to fix it.

On PS4, Treasures of Turan should now work properly for Season Pass owners. If you still cannot see it in-game, please make sure to go to the Duran page on the PSN store and re-acquire it from there. It will show as Free for Season Pass owners. We apologize for the frustrations.

Sorry for the late response.
Our team is aware of this issue and they’re looking into it. We’re trying to find a reliable repro case for this problem so our team can work on a fix.

It is intended that you would get a popup at certain level milestones (such as 25), as well as the shop popping up once per character login per day. It also might happen if you’re playing at midnight (local time) and then zone.

It is not intended that you get shop popups multiple times per day when zoning, dying, or just playing (without leveling to one of the milestones).

We’re looking into reports of the latter. Thanks!

Can you confirm that:

• You are using the Dedicated Server Launcher 1.0.38
• When you start the server you have 40 on the player count
• When the server is running and accepts players, it still shows 40 in the UI of the tool

what do you actually mean by “restart the server”? Does it only happen when you manually push the restart button or delayed restart, or does it also happen when the automatic restart happens?

when does the “reset to 30” happens? Immediately when the shutdown happens, just on startup, when SteamCMD is running, when the server starts, later, …...
