[2023] Help game crashes on startup

As you can see in that error log, the problem is with DirectX11, the video driver or video card.

First check with Dell/Alienware for an update to that 2016 Intel 4600 video driver, failing that Intel themselves https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Then update to the new nvidia driver that just came out yesterday https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us


If those don't help, THEN in the Game Settings menu in our launcher, change the Renderer from DX11 to Vulkan. Is that any better?
