[2022] Paradox Launcher Installation Fails - Not a valid Win32 application ~50% progress. Screenshot + Logs attached.

Please try deleting the entire contents (ONLY!) of that c:\Windows\Installer\ folder , they are all temporary files so no loss. To see it you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

If it's not there though, probably you or malware have deleted it; try making it manually yourself.
