@Asylumsaint It is fixed! You have to have the perk "Dagger dealer" to be able to throw knives and once thrown they will "come back" to you or you can approach the enemy to pick it up yourself :)
@JaRail The crash is most likely caused by audio software conflict. So far we've identified this issue with audio drivers such as A-Volute, Nahimic or Sonic Studio.
Meanwhile, as a temporary solution, we recommend disabling said drivers before launching the game.
