We understand some players are experiencing excessive loading times in Darktide, which are sometimes infinite!
Rest assured we are looking in to this, but as a potential workaround, we understand some players have had success by changing their DNS.
PC
There are various DNS providers available, and the one you decide to switch to is up to you.
Instructions on how to change your DNS vary slightly depending on your OS and the DNS provider.
Please research DNS providers, choose the one you wish to use, and refer to their instructions.

Xbox
To change your DNS on Xbox, navigate to:
General Settings → Network Settings → Advanced Settings → DNS Settings - ‘Manual’
You will then need to research DNS providers, choose the one you wish to use, and enter the values specified by the DNS provider.
