Could you share your darktide_launcher.log with us please, so we can look at your video options?

I’ve queried this with our Engine Developers, to see if they can share any other ideas on your issue.

We haven’t made any (intentional) changes to the speaker configuration. Is this occurring outside of Darktide at all?

I too would be interested to hear if this is occurring for anybody else.

If you could also provide me with the crash report produced when this occurs, that would be super.

You could try making some manual changes in your user_settings.config:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
4. Open user_settings.config
5. Change adapter_index = 0 to adapter_index = 1
6. Save your changes

Which countries are you playing from, and could you share the names of your ISPs please?

I apologise I don’t have any immediate solutions for you, but I have shared this with one of our Backend Engineers who will be having a look in to this.

Your GPU is slightly below our minimum requirement, but shouldn’t be causing you to crash on launch. There is definitely some GPU-related issue occurring however.

This is mod-related, something to do with Crosshairs it seems.

This error is likely to be the result of an incomplete installation. If the ‘Verify and repair’ option detailed below is not available to you, you may need to reinstall:

1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
2. In My Library, select the game title.
3. Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

This is indeed mod-related, Numeric UI I suspect!

We aren’t able to resolve mod-related issues, so you’ll need to contact the mod’s author.
