Hmmm, do you have the option to connect your PC to a mobile hotspot? Only for a short period, to see if the issue persists.

Hello! I can see you have purchased the ‘Ortun Carvale’ set for Veteran, and the items have been added to your inventory as expected.

Shortly prior to this, the ‘Saleon Interrix’ set for Zealot was purchased. Was this intentional?

Head to your Steam library, right-click Darktide and select ‘Properties’ → ‘Installed Files’. What happens if you try to move your installation via Steam’s own ‘Move install folder’ option?

My apologies for the delay, I’ve had a look at your account I can see the key has been redeemed successfully and the items appear to be in your inventory. You’ll want to visit the Barber-Chirurgeon and select ‘Modify Appearance’ → ‘Body Tattoos’.

Have you already tried removing your AppData?

If you haven’t already, I recommend it as it looks like it’s corrupted.

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
4. Delete the entire Darktide directory
