At least for now, every time I play in groups there's always that asshole that uses there ability right in the middle of a down, so no one but them can actually do anything. It's always the same guy that takes all 3 of my molten hearts as soon as they drop too.

We are currently working on this.
Unfortunately, turning off the effect would take a client patch, which would need to pass certification. We have already submitted the fix for certification, so we have to wait. No use in submitting the disable option since they would both pass the process at the same time.
