[2019] Thank you

I want to start off by saying thank you to Phoenix Labs for making this game.

Secondly I want to thank everyone reading this because you guys are, by far, my favorite gaming community. It never ceases to amaze me how helpful you guys are in quests and how everyone joins in on random shenanigans in Ramsgate.

Now for the rest of the post. Recently I have gone through a lot of crap in my personal life. It feels like a never ending spiral downwards some days and, more often than not, I feel like I go through the motions in everyday life. Up until a few weeks ago I really had nothing to look forward too and nothing to keep me going during the work day. Then I started playing this game again. I have made a lot of new friends throughout the few weeks I have been playing and it has almost become a daily ritual to log in and slay behemoths with my wife and our friends. While work still sucks the life out of me, this game and this wonderful community have given me something to look forward too at the end of the day.

Its been a pleasure slaying with all of you and I hope to continue to do so for as long as I can. Once again thank you to the devs and the community for giving me an escape from reality so that I can take a load off after a long day at work, and escape the mental battle I have been going through.

TL;DR Dauntless has been my escape recently and I wanted to say thank you to everyone involved. Whether you realize it or not you have helped immensly.
