[2021] When can we expect a frost hunting ground island with the new frost beasts? and will there ever be a boss island?

I enjoy esc hunts, but doing these frost quests for frost skarn I would need to do frost esc 250 times to finish them, and I don't want to become sick of playing frost esc or be forced to play it that many times(based on the number of times I actually see frost skarn on esc hunts including times I dont get the perfect timing for the quest(playing with randoms will do this most times).
