I feel your pain with the 0/O thing. Secret time: We once handed out printed rewards with codes on them that used the full range of upper and lowercase alpha numeric characters. 😬

Account linking does not remove anything from your account. Unlinking accounts to relink them can cause this problem, but there are several warnings before hand.

Are you logged into the website with the correct account? I know that sounds like a stupid question, but the 2 times I’ve seen this issue the person had accidentally logged in with their secondary account that didn’t have a Dauntless account connected.

When you scroll up to the top where it displays your username, does it show the username for the system you’re currently playing on?

If it doesn’t, make sure to log out of both our site and the epic site, then log back into our site with your proper epic account.

If it does, please contact support.playdauntless.com and they should be able to pull up your account and see what is happening.

Our support team should be able to, yes.

You may wish to be more careful about reading screens in the future though, as Epic does have a warning popup explaining you would permanently lose all your progress and not be able to re-link your Xbox account later which you would have had to click through to have unlinked your account.

Log into support.playdauntless.com with the Epic account you just disconnected from, and file a ticket explaining what happened. Your account isn’t gone on our end, so we should be able to move it.

Oh great!

All that you need to do then is - log into Epic with your Xbox account - it will prompt you to upgrade to a full account by attaching an email address (you need to use a real email as you’ll need to verify your email address before you can do the next step) - go to your account page, and then “connected accounts” - disconnect your Xbox - log into your proper Epic account, connect your Xbox.

I have a question on active moderation vs people with moderator positions. Just checking u/gtez's history, it seems like he is both a mod and works on the game? You make a good point. I deModded myself. I was a mod when we were a much smaller subreddit, before we really had a community who wanted to self-organize.

2) Go to the My Account page.

3) Scroll down to Code Redemption and enter your code.

4) Enjoy your Twitch Prime Bundle! Your rewards will be waiting for you at the core breaker the next time you log in to Dauntless.

Note: You only need to claim your bundle once. If you see an error, please launch Dauntless and try again. You must have a character created to claim your loot.
