Grades are not used for matchmaking, grades that you can see show how much time someone has played in a month, not their skill level.
Matchmaking is done on an MMR/SBMM system which is hidden.
Your MMR doesn't decrease if you take a break from the game for a little while, which is probably why you are noticing a disparity at the moment.

As has been said on this thread, any alteration to your game files is done at your own risk and if an EAC ban is triggered we cannot unban you.

You don't need to escape as a survivor to get the reward - you just need to get hit whilst inside of a snowman...or escape through the exit gates in one.

As you have already been told in this thread, we do not discuss bans on the forums. And your permanent ban is between you and Support.
One appeal is allowed per account where everything is checked thoroughly.
We do not ban without proof.

You can, in fact, report them - you need to report them in the end game and if you have any additional video evidence, you can make a support ticket here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000942011 and include the name of the user/gamertag so to speak. It doesn't have to be a Steam ID64, gamertags work too.

It is also what I'm highly suggesting you to do, too, if it happens again.

The rewards are given at 11 am ET - it is not 11 am ET yet. The 8th was Rift Fragments, the Bloodpoints are still coming.

It definitely works with Windows 11 - that error is often that your OS is not installed correctly or you're missing important updates.

This is a bug - and they will be removed shortly.

when it comes to things like that, such as macros, please be mindful when using them - it's a use at your own risk at all times. If EAC bans you, there is nothing we can do for you.

Rift fragments did not have a notification.

Rift fragments were given out, but they do not have a pop up unlike the other ones.
