[2021] Carrhae emblem did not come with Generalist Ghost Shell purchased off Bungie's store

This shell was made available and is advertised to come with the emblem, Carrhae and that it is printed on the inside of the box. I don't see it, there's no card with the code nor did I receive an email with the code

Anyone else have the same issue?
