[2019] Petition to be able to move neutral items to stash and drop them from the stash when you are dead

I understand that Our Mango Lord does not want us to sell free items, but not being able to use the other right click functions on them is kind of annoying. I think I also could have won a teamfight if my dead teammate could have dropped a neutral item.
