External link →A few days ago we discovered (and subsequently fixed) a bug in the Portal consumable that prevented some rewards from being recorded properly. The bug was live from June 4th 1:19 GMT to June 5th 5:32 GMT.
All Portals used by players during that period have been refunded, regardless of outcome. Additionally, if there is a specific Portal result that you lost due to this bug during this period, please open a ticket with customer support with the Match ID and the game time when the Portal was used.
