Hello, i would like to make it easier but i need to have more info, the core mechanic is using Daryon to tank the corroded and use the duo Myrna / Selen to break the tentacles as soon as possible to prevent the slam (and move to avoid the attacks) then kill the boss, if you feel like some mechanics are very hard to avoid / too complicated please tell me which of them, thanks.

I think i will slowdown the ATB of tentacles and reduce all incoming damages on the fight, for the mechanics i won't remove any mechanics because it's part of the boss design of the game bosses tend to become more and more mechanically complex but i think the issue is more the damage output than the mechanics.

Originally posted by Survival Gamer: It took me two or three tries to beat it on normal difficulty. The issue isnt the boss difficulty in my opinion but that once you enter down that part of the story you cant go back. I think games that have those functions in the story should have a warning such as "If you enter, you cant go back until later in the story."

What I had to do to beat it was play smart, use the skills and items I had on my inventory to assist. Positioning was important. Using the main character to keep the attackers from behind busy while using the other characters to attack the boss. At some moments, I had to switch away from the boss to help control the minor enemies.

If a player hurries through the story before entering this area, I can see how they could get stuck. That is why I think a warning before entering this part is better than nerfing the boss. Too easy and its boring.

We plan indeed to add a warning, we are just overwhelmed with the quantity of work on everything but it's planned to add it, anyway we nerfed a lot bosses from Chapter III for next patch to make sure that the difficulty curve progress accross chapters instead of having a sudden peak at Chapter III.
