Xbox maintenance is complete, and patch 1.22.2.0 is now available. We will continue as planned with releasing the next patch for PC next Monday and PS4 on Wednesday.

The Elder Scrolls Online v1.22.2.0 includes several crash fixes, including some continually experienced in dungeons and Trials, fixes an issue with housing permissions, some issues with buffs and debuffs, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 836MB.

Hey all,

Just to clear up the confusion, the Steam discussions on ESO were previously limited so only players who had ESO registered in their Steam library could make a post. After reading through some of the discussions here, we've opened it up so that anyone can post in the Steam forums, just in case.

Most of the moderation is handled by Valve if posts are flagged. We do step in on occasion if we catch people posting anything against TOS or attacking other people, but for the most part, we understand that the Steam community manages itself.

If you have any additional feedback about the Steam forums, I'm open to it.

We still plan to publish the next PC incremental patch on Monday, December 7 and PS4 on Wednesday, December 9 as previously planned. We appreciate your patience tonight.

We'll be publishing the XBox patch notes for you soon, and we expect maintenance to complete around 6am EST (though this may change as we work on getting everything prepped over the next few hours).

Due to an internal publishing error, we will be releasing Xbox patch v1.22.2.0 tonight. We are working on getting everything staged now and expect maintenance to begin in a few hours.

until then, the Xbox servers will remain online and anyone who is currently logged in will not be kicked off. That said, if you log off between now and when maintenance begins, you will not be able to log back in until after the patch is deployed.

Crypt of Hearts, Wayrest Sewers II, Vaults of Madness, and Tempest Island are also causing some players to crash and we recommend skipping these as well until the incremental patch next week.

We are aware that Fang Lair and Scalecaller Peak are causing some players to crash. If you are running pledges during Undaunted we recommend skipping these dungeons.

New dungeon-themed items have arrived in the Crown Store this week! A new house guest, music box, and more are now available.
