Thanks for the reports, everyone. We're aware of this issue and working on getting it fixed.

Sorry for the mix up! Alessian Order has the health recovery, and the PC notes were just edited to reflect.

Thanks @YandereGirlfriend! This is a bug and the 4pc bonus should indeed be Critical Chance. We'll get this fixed in a future update.

The Aetherial Well was just part of this last PTS cycle for testing. We don't have a release date for it yet, but keep an eye on our website for an announcement in the future.

Hey everyone, the cooldown was added to alleviate some performance concerns on both the server and database. As this was something that changed a system new with PTS, we didn't call it out in the Live launch notes.

Hey everyone, thanks so much for providing your thoughts and feedback on this change, which was originally done to address some visual issues and clipping that would occur when performing emotes. However, after reviewing several threads, we recognize many of you prefer to see your weapons while using emotes despite any visual oddities that may occur. As such, we are working on reverting this change. Thanks again for all the feedback!

@ZOS_GinaBruno It appears this change has made it onto live, any updates regarding this being reverted & when it might be expected?

We noted in the patch notes that even though this did go live, we do still intend to revert it. No scheduled date yet, but it's being ... Read more

This is the official discussion thread for the blog article "Flames of Ambition DLC & Update 29 Now Live on PC/Mac"

Your Gates of Oblivion year-long adventure begins with the Flames of Ambition DLC and Update 29 base-game patch, now live on PC/Mac!

Thanks for the information, everyone. As someone else mentioned, please make sure you're disabling addons to see if that may be the culprit, and if not, repro steps are always appreciated!

Just to follow up, as far as we can tell this is working while in-combat, but the values are bugged in the Advanced Stats UI. We're working on getting this part fixed.

We're double checking on our end but in the meantime, can you confirm you're seeing this in combat or through the Advanced Stats UI?

Please crate a separate Cyrodiil campaign for the tests and let those, who like to play without proc sets, have all the joy and fun in this campaign.

That's part of the work we're currently doing for U31. We'll make it so certain campaigns can allow proc sets or not (including IC and BGs) and we can also better fine tune the existing item sets. At this time, proc sets are an all-or-nothing deal for all Cyrodiil campaigns.

As for those asking about console, we don't have a date yet when this will be implemented but you can expect to see what PC currently has, including the current list of item sets that are not affected (listed on page 1 of this thread).

Thanks to everyone for participating in this latest Cyrodiil test where we disabled all proc sets. Similar to what many of you have noted in your feedback, we found this test did not impact performance in a measurable amount; if anything, there was a very slight degradation of performance at times, likely due to a higher population of players in Cyrodiil.

We’ve heard from a lot of you that despite performance largely being the same, disabling proc sets has breathed new life into PvP gameplay and has made fights more enjoyable and fun. To that end, we’ll be leaving proc sets disabled until Update 31 launches in Q3. At that point, we will have implemented some new code so we can have more flexibility to campaign rulesets as it applies to proc sets. We’ll work on applying all this to consoles as well, and we’ll let you know when we have a date for this starting.

Now that we’ve had time to digest a lot of data and information, we have a better idea of next steps and the ... Read more
