I got logged out of my account trying to get odyssey to work on my account and I don't remember my password. I tried resetting it to 3 different passwords now and none of them have worked. Is this a known issue or am I smooth braining something?

If you've not already done so, can you make sure you update the ticket you submitted to indicate you've been able to resolve this? Just so we don't end up resetting your password for you again or something!
