[2023] Can't Free Ship From Impound (Odyssey)

So... my ship was impounded, I asked the inter Astra rep to free it, it says impound cleared, costing 0 Cr.

But when I asked the npc again, the "free from impound" screen pops up again.

Tried logging out and in, restarting, etc. not helping

What can I try?
