I have been trying to download my pc version of Elite for a long time. When I go to the Frontier download page, it says "pending". I've looked around the support page but can't seem to find my issue.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi there.
For clarity, only licenses granted via Frontier store orders will show up on your account under 'My downloadable products'.
The transfer tool simply adds a license, without the need for an order behind that. So your transferred licenses will not appear here.
