[2023] Thrustmaster throttle issue

I’ve had the T.16000M HOTAS for a year and a half. The mini stick (index finger) on my throttle that I use for thrusters won’t center. My vertical thrusters stop at 6. Thrustmaster support responded pretty quickly asking for more information including video of a Device Manager test of the button. The problem is that it seems fine in Device Mgr. Maybe it’s not the button. I tore it down as far as I could and rubbed alcohol around the stick, but it did nothing. Also played with the dead zones etc.

Is there anything in the game that could cause this?
