The last update for 2020 is here! What a year it’s been ~ we hope everyone has managed to stay healthy and safe. It’s been a blessing to get to know all of our community members even better in 2020. It's been a flagship year for Enemy On Board. 6-months since we launched into Early Access and we've had close to 300,000 people download a copy of our first game. It's come a long way, and we’re now looking forward to the new year. As many of you are aware, our team has also grown from 5 to 7 people and we're planning on hiring an Art Director soon. We're blessed to be able to make games for you and can't wait to see what 2021 will bring.
With Update 1.6.0, we're moving away from our matchmaker and replaced it with a custom lobby system. As our concurrent player count and download figures are low, we've moved away from the matchmaker and to a lobby system. These lobbies are fully customizable (change the # of aliens, speed, and a whole host of other options). We can't wait to see the memes that spring out of this. If our player base grows and there is a need for a matchmaker again, we will be able to add it back quickly.

Given the required database changes, Enemy On Board will be down today (12/16) for a good portion of the day.
UPDATE 1.6.0 DETAILS MATCHMAKING - Matchmaking has been removed and replaced with a lobby system.
- Parties now have a party leader who controls lobby options.
- Added customization options for private lobbys. The following options are available:

BALANCE - Wrench Base damage reduced.
- Xenna's mercenary perk now has a 15 second internal cooldown.
- Force baton now removes ammo on use, instead of on hit.
- Increased slowdrip regeneration by 25% at all levels/
- Aliens now only get 70% EP from EP gathering abilities before the first crisis.
- Two of the 3 vaccines now spawn after the first crisis has ended.
BUGS - Fixed a bug where players could climb out of bounds off of certain props.
- Match history now displays all 8 players from a game.
OTHER - Added in-game flair for Kickstarter backers.
- Added a credits section accessible through the main menu. All Kickstarter backer's names have been added to the credits section
- Added a main menu button to the Discord for LFG.
- Added Discord Rich Presence
- Added two Promo skins for the winners of the GAR and Anime souls discord contests.
