I have not been able to log into my account since january because i need to verify my email but bsg wont send me a code. I was able to play on the launcher until january and before i was just not able to log on to the website to claim my christmas loot. Shortly after that i was logged out of my account on the launcher and now im here. I tried messaging the support but they have yet to answer since march i have also disabled any filter in my email inbox. I have tried to disable my firewall to no avail and ive also tried to reinstall the game which i am now unable to download again but before a friend sent me his launcher but that still didnt work. Do you guys have any suggestions left? I just want to play this game which ive spent so much goddamn money on... Could they maybe have a wrong email? Wouldnt make any sense though since ive never changed it and i was able to log into the game no problem for 2 years before january... pls nikita

Hello. Have you contacted support via email? From which address did you write to us?

The "gmx" domain has problems receiving our emails. Write to me in private messages a detailed description of your problem and the email address that your account is registered to.

Most likely you have already been answered, but the letter simply did not reach you. Write to us from another address (for example, Gmail).

I also recommend that you edit your comment and hide your email address, for security purposes)
