[2021] Chargeback question/ethicality?

So recently I bought Tarkov. It was surprisingly fun, even as someone who has no knowledge of the maps and sh*ts themselves when I get shot at, however, starting two days ago, every time I enter a raid, I get a notification that says something like "game aborted, try reconnect." I checked on the user forum where I found 20 other people who have had the same issue within the last 2 days. I've tried everything, including factory resetting my pc, new wifi, vpn, resetting modem, fresh reinstall of the game. After contacting support, I have yet to receive a message after a week. Although it's a beta game, and it would be immoral to refund the game because I don't like the optimisation or the game doesn't feel polished, I straight up can't play the game. I'm on the verge of charging it back, I'd just like to ask you if theres a good reason to refund or not refund it.
