[2020] Not receiving BSG emails.

First of all, I use outlook;

It's been about a month since I've tried contacting BSG support, no response, every time they "send" a verification code, I get nothing, almost as if my account was never linked to that email, but I know for sure it is, I tried everything, I whitelisted all their email list so that they are "safe senders" and in theory, they should not be blocked off from sending me emails, but that didn't work either, I can still play the game, but I can't log into the website to give them more of my money.

Basically, I need help, and Tarkov support won't do that, anyone got any ideas?
