Title, is it a case of waiting as I bought it about 5 mins ago or do I have to reset my account? I know this was the case before but there's conflicting info online

EDIT: 4 hour+ later still no items received, support ticket sent

EDIT: The support team couldn't fix my problem so they transferred it to the dev team, and they haven't replied in 2 weeks and my ticket has been closed on the website.. If you're looking to upgrade your game just know that it can be a massive head fu*k
