Support takes 1-3 weeks to reply usually. They need to hire more support staff instead of having whoever’s on break do it. Sadly all you can do is hope and wait.

The support usually responds within 1 day. Support e-mail - about 1 business day.

Why bsg don't give ban to looting cheater (easy to check cheater in ur raid)

11k people banned, literally 8 games in a row cheaters tonight.

I'm very surprised BSG hasn't implemented server-side loot for containers. Vaccuum and reading loot in containers literally should not be possible if it was properly implemented.
