[2019] Did they just nerf the scavcase into oblivion?

I used to get either nothing, about what I spent or a bit of profit with a minuscule chance of massive profit..

Now they raised the price to 70k and NONE of the rewards for the last SEVEN runs has been worth more than 20k.

Also did two Moonshine runs - one was worth 60k (way under it's cost) and the other was even worse.

Did they actually nerf it so hard that it's completely pointless now or am I just a reverse lottery winner?

'cause if it's really this bad there's no point in actually running them.
