Not Responding to Email, but response on new account.

in my last post, i stated the battlestate games wouldnt contact me back or respond to any emails i sent through my email linked to my main tarkov account. i decided to make a new account, and when i did the same steps (attempting to reset password) and emailed the same contacts (support email address and making a support request) i got emails instantly back, one confirming my support request and the other letting me change my password, but on my other account it wont send me these at all.
