[2021] Cannot receive BSG emails, locked out of Tarkov Account

I use Outlook as my email address tied to my Tarkov account. I have white-listed ALL BSG emails and trusted the domain and I STILL cannot get a password reset email. I have emailed support about this issue but I have not heard back yet. Is there ANYTHING I can do? I am now locked out of the game until this issue can be resolved.
