[2019] South america players needs more na options in launcher

Nikita at the moment sao paulo servers are at least 30m matching time and with the new region lock we can only pick miami servers witch are by far the worst servers of na dsync is insane on those because of how saturated this servers are. Please just allow us to picn a few more servers of na or it would be amazing if you fix ours servers
