So I've been interested in buying EFT starting late last week literally right after I missed the sale. Anyway, I tried to register an account on their website in order to purchase the game but I am not receiving an activation link. To make it worse when I try to resend the email I get redirected to a url with a error 403 forbidden. Yes the email is correct, its using HTTPS protocol, and I've tried contacting support regarding this issue but they still havent replied! It's been 3 days now and its making me not want to buy this game anymore.

Hello. I can tell you for sure that you are wrong. The support service has been successfully working for over 3 years.

Unfortunately, there are occasional peak times, and then the response time becomes long. But these are exceptional cases.

The response time was long at the very beginning (more than 3 years ago) and for the new year 2019-2020. This is from what I remember.

At the same time, support usually responds within 1 business day. Support e-mail - responses may take a little longer, usually 1-7 business days.
