[2019] Anyone having messenger problems (i.e. delays, notifications not popping up per trader, etc.)?

So, I have noticed this after the wipe. I get the notification above my Messenger tab that shows that I have an items being given to me (from quests, market sales, or insurance returns). I open up the Messenger tab and I don't know which trader to click on because there is no notification next to the trader name that shows a new message from that trader. So I have to click on each of the traders until I find the right one and whenever I get to it, the messages start to starts to glitch out.

The video above is a mild case of what I had described and the messages that were disappearing where disappearing and reappearing quicker than my 30 fps render of the video could capture.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if anyone knows what is causing it and has a solution for it.
