[2019] Time in menu is too long

It just too tedious. Most of it should be automatable. Like, give us a heal all button which deducts the right amount of cash. Please give us character loadouts. I just want to play and not be stuck in the Inventory screen.

My typical ritual before a raid:

1. Click Loadout
2. Go to a trader and buy stuff
3. Equip stuff
4. Realize you are low on ammo
5. Go to a trader and buy stuff
6. Go to loadout again
7. Oh wait maybe I have unlocked new tasks
8. Go to trader menu
9. Select every trader and click on the Tasks Tab each time
10. Then finally go to raid selection
11. Oh sh**t I have forgotten to heal up again
12. go back to loadout and heal (sometimes go back to traders again because you have to buy more cheese)
13. Finally, go to raid selection
14. Click more menus and insure stuff
15. Finally game is loading
16. You are in-game and realize you forgot to hydrate
17. Barely manage to get out alive
18. alt f4 and watch streams of tarkov BCS its more relaxing

It's just too much time spent not in-game which is a shame I think. The game itself is still fun and BSG is recently doing a lot of good work. But the sad truth is me and most of my friends simply stopped playing the game actively BCS it's just too annoying to click around in menus. Maybe we are just lazy or so... but what's the general opinion of others on this topic?
