scavs are not perfect still. we just fixed several "scav wallhacking" issues

If i got lucky and found a gas analyzer in a filing cabinet and saved it before i got to therapists gas analyzer quest then I should be able to turn it in for that quest once i get to it. It makes no sense to not let you turn it in because you had to sacrifice stash space in order to hold on to that item for the quest.

its a struggle. we don't want to implement this cause it will ruin nice feature. Instead we plan really nice optimization for pic-in-pic

If long term plan is very limited vendors, you'll need to add a ton more ammo and meds. If we can get 2-3 random ammo boxes in green weapon crates, for example, and triple the amount of meds in a med box, we could actually have a no-vendors event that's not completely hopeless.

loot tables being constantly changed from patch to patch. its an ongoing process that cant be done drastically

On one hand it would be weird to buy something and UPS show up at your secret hideout and drop off a package. But not having that mechanic at all could have alot of negative impact on the overall experience.

Basically just curious about how traders will be handled with the hideout.
