[2022] Ironman save game bugged- "Holland does not exist"

Was this campaign started under a previous major patch, such as 1.30.x or 1.31.x ?  

I'm pretty sure it did, I'm sorry!  

Maybe I misunderstood - this was after having selected this save to play?
