[2022] launcher update problem and ey 4 crash during launch

A failed launcher update will not cause the game to crash. If you run eu4.exe directly does the game start that way?

For the launcher issue, in this folder are some .log files:
C:/users//AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
