73s Sentinels new special this is not a new
76s alt this is not a new passive the
78s special do you guys remember what that
80s was remember it did the thing about like
82s uh reducing like conditional effects and
85s stuff that's been changed all right
88s um then we're also going to be talking
89s about uh a new job which were well not a
93s new job excuse me a new unknown signal
95s rather uh because we keep adding more we
98s like that variety we hope that you are
100s going to enjoy that as well we're going
101s to look at it it's probably the most
103s exciting one um so far I really like
106s this one
107s we're also going to look at the
108s Tormentor once again to cover its AI
111s pattern since I had mentioned last week
113s it hadn't quite been refined and then
116s we're also going to be diving into
117s racing uh one more time because we've
120s modified it even further it's so much
123s cleaner it's so much grander oh my
125s goodness uh and it's kind of funny
127s because I was having a conversation uh

132s several team members honestly about how
135s Racing's been developed and how it's
136s coming along you know it's just this
138s sort of like it's not a focal point of
140s ever space too or anything it's just
142s kind of there but we are really happy
144s with how it's been coming together and
146s it still has one more change one more

153s be just a tad bit better uh even it's
156s crazy it's it's wonderful so without
158s further Ado let's get in on the Sentinel
161s and we are going to talk about this new
164s special so right here you can see uh I
166s should also double check and make sure

241s this is uh there's a number of things
243s why this is happening and I'm sure
246s somebody out there is already
247s immediately saying like well why are we
249s changing this in the first place the
251s initial special like it was useful right
254s um because it added that like kind of
256s like an extra layer of resistance the
258s problem was it wasn't very interesting
260s to us foreign
262s that's honestly the short answer
265s um The Sentinel and this was a
266s discussion had in the Discord recently
268s The Sentinel is meant to be more of like
270s your first impression of everspace 2
272s like it's the one you started in the
274s tutorial we didn't want anything to be
276s like super crazy or transformative about
279s its uh abilities it wanted to be
281s familiar and also giving a general sense
284s of however Space 2 is going to be played
286s that being said there were certain
288s elements of the Sentinel that we felt
290s could be enhanced even further and as
293s you all know uh the sentinel's focal
295s point is its Shields it always has been
298s even in everspace one it was known as
300s the energy fighter of everspace one in
303s fact
304s and so through that we're just putting
306s more emphasis on that sweet sweet energy
308s so 40 increased energy damage depending
312s on your Shield charge percentage that
314s wording is a little particular so I just
317s want to clarify that means based on how
319s much Shield you have the percentage of
323s where it is at to your maximum your
326s remaining Shields if you will okay that
330s is going to increase your energy damage
333s up to 40 percent when it's maxed out
335s okay so if you're at half Shields
338s how much bonus energy damage are you
340s doing ladies and gentlemen is it five is
344s it ten is it 20 or is it
349s I don't know how to maths
351s perfect excellent I see 42 you're all on
354s board good to see Excellence oh my God
360s this couldn't go more smoothly beautiful
363s yes it is a linear scale so yes of
366s course halfway means 20 bonus and that's
369s how that basically works so the more
371s Shields you have the more energy damage
373s you're doing
375s makes a lot of sense for an energy
377s fighter eh oh my gosh so it's also
380s something that is just an inherent
381s benefit to you of course so you don't
383s necessarily have to watch things other
385s than you know you want your Shields to
386s be up and in general uh you kind of want
389s your Shields to be up so it's just an
390s inherent bonus for the Sentinel for
393s anybody who is wondering yes it does
396s apply to the alt as well
398s all right so let's go ahead and uh fly
401s out into this new unknown signal by
405s using this Sentinel that we're going to
408s try and keep our Shields up to maximum
411s the couple other things to note we use
413s defensive masker which will instantly
415s trigger my shield to recharge really
417s want that used with the Sentinel
419s um activating a device adds four charges
421s of reactive armor that just means we can
422s negate shots keeping the shields
425s maximized right
427s um then we're also using a little bit of
429s a clever thing here where we have
430s excessive force so we gain even more
432s damage increased energy damage in fact
435s uh when the shields are fully charged so
439s if we can keep our Shields fully charged
441s that's a 70 percent increase in energy
445s damage with the Sentinel now uh
447s beautiful
449s actually no it's not because that's I
451s just added them together I would have to
452s do the calculation but regardless it's
454s more it's much more damage that's much
456s more damage then we have critical
458s faculty
459s um so we want Critical Hits to restore
461s Alt and then we have exploitation which
465s increases critical hit chance when
467s attacking enemies whose movement is
469s impaired
472s cool
473s cool so uh yeah so all of that stuff
477s being said I don't know how much I have
479s movement and pairing but we're going to
481s try it anyway because I want to try and
482s get ultimate because ultimate that we're
484s using
485s um also has a couple added benefits to
487s this build I'm still going over the
488s build guys this does take a little bit
489s of time but I just want you to know how
492s this is designed to work we have two
494s very important passives here that I'm
495s still kind of blocking I'm just going to
496s read them off killing an enemy using
498s static Overlord which is overload which
500s is the alt restores 10 of Shield hit
502s points
504s very important to this as well as static
506s Overlord has a 10 chance per second to
508s apply EMP to affected targets for 5
511s seconds
512s also important so our opponents can't do
514s anything and our Shield stays at maximum
516s capacity all right our devices are also
519s similar to what we used last time
521s because they work and I like them all
523s right so this is an unknown signal we
525s literally just got into and
528s um the way that it started off
531s as I think Adam uh said something very
534s simple he said another trap I'll teach
536s them a lesson
538s so you jump in and he he can tell that
542s there's a trap so the Trap says destroy
545s the signal emitter
548s so he showed up at this unknown signal
550s because there was a signal
554s and immediately we can see that we are
557s not fully done with this because it's
558s floating
562s but the signal emitter is
565s needs to be destroyed
567s now in the future it will in fact
570s be on an asteroid or a base or something
574s and now we are going to fire for days

595s now we are able to strain their seals
597s down pretty fast oh nice that's that's

609s and more enemies are in fact coming in
616s look at them they're all just tumbling

637s keeping that Shield nice and fit for all

667s but focusing on that Shield

673s is going to allow you to punch through a
676s lot of enemies doing a lot of damage and
677s what's really great about this is that
680s my weapons actually kind of suck I'm at
682s level 25 these enemies a lot of them are
684s Level 26s but let's take a quick look at
687s the weapon that we're using it's a level
688s 22. what
692s what it kind of sucks
695s it actually kind of sucks with where we
697s are at right now fighting level 26s with
701s the level 20. I bet you didn't know that
703s that was the level of this weapon I bet
705s you probably thought that it was pretty
706s decent but nay I say to thee we're doing
709s a lot of that added damage because of
712s our induction special now
714s that extra energy damage remember that
716s applies not only to Shields but also too
718s whole
719s so it's a pretty strong boom
723s as a spool up on gas Cannon slower or is
725s it just me I actually think that it was
727s changed but I have nothing in my change
729s logs that say that it was
732s so on principle I'm going to say that it
733s wasn't we forgot to mark it
735s but I do think that it is lower I do in
738s fact think it's lower all right
740s let's take out a few more of these guys
742s because they continue to come in and
745s part of this unknown signal is to take
747s them all down
750s so we dropped their signal
753s and now we've got to drop all of them
757s oh man we lost lost the energy again
760s they're not shooting me like I want them

871s where you basically are up against a
874s couple waves of enemies just at random
878s as of right now this mainly applies to
880s Outlaws
881s for those of you who are familiar with
883s the storyline you'll know that this is
885s straight up scavenger baiting that's
888s what this is we see it in the opening of
890s the game when you are activating
892s beanbags well now you get to see other
894s instances of scavenger baiting being
896s used there's a signal that's out there
898s you go to it and you you can immediately
902s tell because of Dax and your experience
905s that it's just going to be
907s it's just luring people into a trap
911s spring the Trap take out the guys get a
913s bunch of stuff
915s be on your Merry Little Wayne
917s still no jump suppressor says four oh my
920s gosh
922s yes we could absolutely still add a jump
925s suppressor to it and more
935s all right so I already see a couple of
937s questions about that instance pouring in
940s we're gonna fly around just a little bit
942s with the Sentinel before we start
943s answering those questions however

958s but so far our very limited testing
962s with the Sentinels adjustment helping
964s its energy damage uh just like increase
967s based on how you're taking care of its
968s Shield it feels
971s right for the ship and there's a much
974s greater impact to the player
977s at least from what I can tell thus far
979s when you see those damage numbers
982s increase
984s have your systems take less time to be
988s effective which is what the Sentinel did
991s previously it was much more defensive
994s and while it did work it didn't have
997s that impact that we were looking for
1001s it didn't have that satisfaction
1005s so this is one of the reasons why we
1007s ended up adjusting it
1011s one of the reasons
1018s so I just park right here
1022s a couple more crafting things I just
1024s want to get them out of my uh thing and
1026s wow look at all these things
1029s that's some good loot from a random
1032s scavenger baiting exercise
1036s so let's just see what we can do here
1039s not too excited about that one I'd
1041s rather have the Firepower
1046s still kind of want more weapons
1047s especially with this Goss Cannon
1049s man if we get a higher level Goss Cannon
1051s it's going to be just chewing up energy
1053s though
1054s to be careful about that
1059s that Shield output though

1068s that's awfully tempting
1072s all right we're we're entirely based
1074s around getting this Shield back up I
1076s feel like I feel like this is the place
1078s I feel like this is the place we're
1080s going to remove this level restriction
1081s there's nothing new on the front of
1084s crafting yet to talk about so uh just
1087s gonna keep that where it's at but we're
1089s just gonna we're gonna like super boost
1090s our Shields that's what we're gonna do

1137s making wonderful progress on the big
1140s news content that will be delivered this
1144s fall okay and so some of you guys know
1146s uh what I'm talking about for those who
1148s don't uh this fall we are going to be
1151s talking about end game content like
1154s post-game content you know that type of
1156s stuff that you can be experiencing at
1158s level 30 right so that includes a lot of
1161s different things but kind of the smaller
1163s more obvious things is that we are doing
1165s these riffs that we've been talking
1167s about we've been making progress on
1168s those
1169s and like high level in-game equipment
1174s such as legendaries
1176s so there's a lot that is still in the
1179s works like we are moving along
1183s progress has been good uh but we don't
1185s have anything that we will be talking
1187s about on that front really until we get
1190s either really close to that fall update
1192s or the fall update launches itself so I
1194s want to be really clear in that front so
1196s if any of you have questions about like
1198s what legendary is going to look like or
1200s what the riffs are going to look like or
1202s what you know how that stuff is applied
1204s my response is mainly going to be well
1206s you'll just need to wait and find out
1208s and I don't want to say that a lot
1210s because it sucks so just know that just
1212s be patient we will get there and it will
1214s be good
1216s all right let's see what you guys were

1220s Synchro pulse excellent that's very
1223s helpful Jaeger uh okay that's good yeah
1226s yeah I wanted to upgrade it to Superior

1276s all the way that feels good all right

1284s yeah look at that now it's now it's
1286s actually doing just a little bit more
1287s energy DPS so I think that's going to be
1289s good all the way around

1321s these are new ships so now if you ever

1334s threes are blue tier fours would be uh
1337s magenta coloration
1340s it's love about transition effect I hope

1378s The Sentinel class fighter benefits from

1382s enhancements a great all-around vessel

1390s the ship itself and bringing everything
1393s together you know using induction to
1395s further that power
1397s makes things feel pretty good I could go
1401s and customize a little bit more I am
1402s pretty happy with the style I that I uh
1404s tweaked before the stream so we're just

1711s will we see exotic legendary loot and
1713s how will we earn them clarify that
1716s earlier oh absolutely yeah we'll we'll
1718s have more information on legendary stuff
1720s um by this fall I'm I'm pretty confident
1723s of that so
1725s you might even see some of it
1729s uh next up we have kizor from twitch and
1733s is he intended that the waves will stop
1735s after destroying the emitter or is it a
1738s fixed amount regardless or they don't
1740s jump in until destroyed and that's in
1742s the reference is the new signal
1743s obviously okay yeah so the signal the
1746s scavenger baiting signal it was quite
1748s literally just added and then right
1750s after it was added uh Andy uh left on
1753s vacation so so there wasn't a lot of
1756s room to tweak or improve or adjust uh
1758s but rest assured we want to make it feel

1761s um So the plan is to have the signal
1765s attached to an asteroid for one and two
1769s uh we would like it to have uh at least
1772s for a little bit longer to have enemy
1774s waves continue until you stop the signal
1776s but we don't want it to have just an
1779s endless uh combat sequence we don't want
1782s you to be fighting enemies forever so
1785s the big intent is that you go in you
1787s destroy the signal and then you destroy
1788s the waves that's how it's designed not
1791s really more complicated than that and we
1793s don't want it to be exploitable so for
1795s gamification purposes enemies will stop
1798s after some time
1800s so good question and uh yeah
1804s cool uh next up slow rain over on
1808s YouTube asks are there any plans to
1810s support Intel's XS which is the new um
1813s like dlss system correct oh I feel like
1817s there was news about that very recently

1820s mm-hmm yeah okay yeah so with any
1823s anytime there's like new gaming news
1824s that comes out like it's really exciting
1826s and uh you know internally we're also
1829s like hmm is this going to be possible
1830s like you know what does this look like
1832s uh but also it's a little bit too soon

1886s there be any new wings for the gunship
1888s and bomber in the fall update
1891s oh in the fall update oh my gosh well I
1895s mean it's not something that we are
1897s saying is going to happen so if it did
1900s it would be a complete surprise

1911s the intent is to have uh most of the
1915s Wings done by 1.0 and I know somebody
1917s may have just heard that wait wait you
1919s said most so they're not all gonna be
1921s done by 1.0 it's possible that some
1925s wings might not be done by 1.0 I'll be
1928s super transparent about this that does
1931s not mean
1932s that More Wings will be locked behind a
1935s DLC paywall it means that we will have
1938s more free content
1940s um after that 1.0 release we've already
1941s said that there will at least be one
1943s little package of free content
1945s um it's very likely that a wing set or
1947s two would probably show up on that front
1950s if we don't make it by that 1.0 release
1953s okay so uh yeah so like what we've been
1957s saying from the very beginning
1959s um is that we want to have about four
1961s Wing sets for every single ship
1964s that's what we're aiming for and uh that
1967s should be your expectation uh for what
1970s you'll get when you purchase uh the
1973s premium price point of everspace 2.

2106s can change the modes that they provide
2109s um if you don't like the perks that you
2110s selected you just need a dock and then
2112s you can change which ones you selected
2113s from that front so if you could be more
2116s specific vast in your question I would
2119s love to answer that

2126s tools to where almost at any point in
2130s the game if you wanted to change your
2132s play style

2371s turns and then he turns back and he
2373s starts doing his thing again
2377s so it's not a constant barrage he'll try
2379s to escape especially at certain
2380s intervals of his health
2382s gets further away from you because he
2384s boosts and then you have to like track
2386s him down and shoot him again
2392s so he's kind of like a combination of a
2394s ship and a drone
2396s the design philosophy is to provide
2398s something at a different range that a
2400s lot of the other enemies are at so what
2402s I mean by that is like very simply put
2404s you have drones that are very close
2407s range combat right they're swarming
2408s around you sometimes it can be very
2411s deadly on the front of uh the chip
2414s damage they do
2416s um I know you're all Gamers I just want
2417s to describe chip damage very briefly for
2420s anybody who's never heard that before
2421s it's little bits of damage that impede
2425s something of your abilities and in this
2427s case it would be your Shield recharging
2431s can be very annoying
2433s um but also uh you know they can also
2436s Pummel you to death because it's like
2438s throwing way too many rocks at you
2442s but then
2444s you have a lot of basic ships that are
2448s following this AI pattern of charging at
2451s you looping back around and charging at
2454s you again right
2457s then we also have ships that stay at a
2460s big distance because they don't want you
2462s to get to them at all
2465s and now we're throwing into the mix
2467s ships that are trying to get up close
2470s and personal but then fly away or want
2472s to stay at like this mid-range territory
2474s but also like move around and what's
2477s gonna happen is
2479s your situation your engagement is gonna
2483s start changing simply based on the types
2486s of enemies that have generated in in
2489s that moment so as a super clean
2492s clear-cut example you have drones and
2495s Scouts you know this drill because it's
2498s kind of like that Baseline standard of
2500s how you're engaging with everspace too
2501s drones and Scouts
2503s a big way to address it is you point
2506s directly Adam
2508s you fly towards them you shoot until
2510s they're dead that's it they're not
2512s really gonna do too much outside of that
2515s the drones might start looping and you
2517s might have to do a little bit of like ah
2519s where are you at shoot this drone you
2521s pop an EMP maybe you know whatever you
2524s got some crowd control
2527s um but for the most part you just have
2529s to just straight up go to them and take
2531s them out
2533s that starts looking a little bit
2535s different
2536s if you've got a group of enemies that's
2539s containing you you got a dog fight
2541s you're scooping up them you're flying
2543s around them and you've got a sniper in
2546s the background now all of a sudden
2547s you've got to decide do I want to engage
2549s this group of enemies or do I want to go
2551s get the sniper first and if you're going
2552s to get the sniper first
2554s um are you going to use a device to get
2556s there are you going to like take shots
2558s from these enemies that are still near
2560s you like what does that look like
2562s and then on top of that front say you
2564s might have like a Marauder who has a
2567s webbing missile who's trying to lock you
2569s down so maybe that eliminates your
2570s option to get to the sniper
2573s or maybe you have a bomber
2576s that is just barraging you with missiles
2579s from afar
2580s or you have it just keeps going right
2584s and each one of these adds that extra
2585s layer of thought of what you have to
2588s commit to these battles right
2591s and how you are engaging the Foe and
2593s what devices you're using and what play
2595s style you are operating in
2597s I know some of you are still going to be
2599s like oh no I just play Striker and just
2601s run up into the face of anything and I
2604s just blast them until their face falls
2606s off I mean that's that's also fine like
2608s there we have designs surrounded to
2612s support that too of course but not
2614s everybody is going to play like that not
2616s every ship can do that either
2620s so more enemy variety
2624s more thought goes into how you're
2626s engaging like look at this we got a
2628s Tormentor a Raider Elite I'm gonna try
2631s to focus the elite first even though I'm
2633s getting barraged
2635s from afar
2636s that Elite is all right maybe we need to
2639s just focus in on here is this the play

4728s out it provides 40 out of damage if it
4730s was at like 50 percent it would have 20

4942s updates and some happiness going on
4944s um so first off we have this holographic
4947s thing to for a couple a couple reasons
4950s one is to make it uh more visible when
4953s you first start
4955s or what to find it
4957s um but then the racing itself it's it's
4959s pretty standard like you're gonna notice
4961s that this is very similar to what I did
4963s last time but there are a couple of
4965s little tweaks and that is there's one
4968s blue ring one yellow ring and then all
4972s of the other Rings almost all the other
4973s Rings you can see in a gray sort of
4977s outline so you can kind of see uh a lot
4980s of what's coming up actually you can
4982s technically see more but it's much more
4984s clear as to where you need to go next
4986s okay
4989s so much more clear on that front

4997s and the other thing is that we added
4999s somebody's going to be so happy about
5000s this but here let me make it just a
5002s little bit more clear
5003s if you look at that text
5006s you see where we added you see it
5009s you can tell which ship
5012s finish the race at that time very simple
5015s addition and I know a lot of you wanted
5017s it
5018s um I'm not going to say that we had
5019s plans to do this already uh to make you
5022s feel better so it was definitely a
5024s community suggestion and wasn't
5025s initially internally
5029s is that was that by the script torvin is
5031s that did that go well all right oh
5034s but yeah so now we've added that you're
5036s always going to have your top five and
5039s you can see which ships you've raced
5040s with so if you are super after racing
5043s and the bragging rights uh surrounding
5046s that and say like oh my gosh well I
5048s completed this race at Platinum with my
5050s gunship with my inertia dampeners off
5052s and blah blah blah blah you can at least
5054s prove that it was with the gunship but
5057s you probably still want to like record
5058s the race regardless
5061s um but yeah
5063s so just nice little additional effect
5065s there uh pay no attention to what this
5068s could possibly mean I definitely don't
5070s want to show that in the course of a
5072s stream because that might reveal some
5073s some possible connection to something
5076s else going on I don't know maybe uh so
5079s yeah just everybody cleanse your eyes
5081s you never saw that uh totally wasn't
5084s meant to be seen
5086s um and yeah
5088s so we're pretty pretty dang happy with
5090s how the races are coming along we also
5092s did I you can't see them here but we
5095s also did uh adjust the values the times
5099s for all the races
5100s um it's probably gonna be tweaked again
5102s like once you guys get your hands on the
5104s um experimental build there's a chance
5106s that maybe we like make some additional
5108s uh tweaks but um I do want to just put a
5111s lot of emphasis on this once again even
5113s though I've done it so many times it's
5115s kind of ridiculous
5117s all of this fun stuff to the races has
5120s just been a pleasure for us to be able
5123s to work on it has not been any sense of
5128s a priority in the overarching everspace
5131s to development this is not like a key
5134s aspect of the game this is straight up
5137s for funsies and we did manage to
5139s incorporate this in some Mission chains
5142s which you'll find out in the future uh
5145s just to like really bring all of that
5147s home the mission chain itself you're not
5149s gonna have like any sort of like
5151s super crazy hard time with these like
5153s especially if you don't like racing so
5155s like if you completely suck at
5157s controlling your ship and you're just
5158s like constantly you know you play on
5161s very easy and you know all those types
5164s of things don't worry about it we also
5165s want to make sure that everything is
5167s accessible to where it can be completed
5170s by anybody of any age of any skill level
5173s like we want that to be at the core of
5175s everything we design
5177s uh and racing is no different so uh yeah
5181s I do think that those of you who
5184s seriously love racing are going to enjoy
5187s a lot of what's being added to this and
5190s there's still one more tweak that will
5192s occur that I think is really going to
5194s bring this home one other little detail
5197s about this and I'm flying a Vanguard
5199s that doesn't have any alts but
5202s um
5202s the Vanguard has been able to Super
5205s Cheese these Races by using its alt
5208s which halves time okay internally in the
5212s game logic it haves time so you're
5214s moving at double time
5216s um and you can complete the races at
5217s double time uh so if I were to like have
5221s gotten this exact same score here and I
5224s had my alts on then that would
5226s effectively have been about a 19 second
5228s race at 18 and a half second rates uh
5232s yeah
5233s we removed the ability to do that
5236s um so we want the races to feel
5240s at least decently fair for what's being
5244s accomplished so we don't want any
5245s particular ship to have this crazy
5247s Advantage but we do want the different
5250s ships to have that uniqueness they
5252s provide through their handling you know
5253s through their um through their speed
5256s through certain items that you have uh
5259s like we want you to be able to cultivate
5261s a healthy space flying racer if you want
5266s to go that route like we want to provide
5268s those opportunities
5270s but we are eliminating those incredibly
5274s Preposterous exploitive tools and we did
5278s feel that alts were one of those there's
5281s another one that we also feel is rather
5283s exploitive and there's going to be
5284s another modification in the future which
5288s torben do you know if we'll be able to
5289s have that next week as well do you know
5292s which one I'm talking about

5305s we want it to be as Fair as possible

5796s committed to it we've already put in so
5799s much more and there's a certain point
5801s where we have to say we're done so that
5804s we can focus on that main priority which
5806s is the looter shooter the itemization
5809s the missions the enemy variety the
5812s storyline for that matter the end game
5815s oh my gosh like if you could have us
5818s either work and dedicate our time to
5820s making uh a super complete racing
5823s Mini-Game inside of a looter shooter or
5826s have meaningful looter shooter in-game
5829s content which would you choose you can
5830s only have one
5832s those are the types of questions we have
5834s to ask internally and we've made our
5835s choice so I hope that you understand why
5839s we are very happy though sincerely we
5842s are very happily with what we've been
5844s able to accomplish with racing it feels

5944s 100 guarantee that so I even said it

5953s requirement it was the higher level and
5954s I was removing the the higher level
5957s requirement right
5959s um and saying that it was kind of like
5960s this almost standard that we have like
5962s you're always doing it it almost feels
5965s like a natural response to if you find
5967s something higher level instead of
5968s actually waiting until you're higher
5970s level or other factors at all
5973s um and we're taking note of that we we
5975s want to make it feel good and feel right
5977s as opposed to it almost feeling like a
5979s chore oh I found a higher level item I
5982s have to scrap some stuff in order to
5983s have the resources to boost it up to
5985s have access to it you know like it

6222s coil gun meaning rapid is almost
6224s pointless when I can pick up powerful
6226s which gives the same DPS for Less energy

6231s um I think that's going to depend on
6233s what you're trying to accomplish with
6235s the build because I would actually argue
6236s if you have uh if you're wanting like
6239s more critical hit chance like if you're
6241s trying to proc certain effects then
6243s powerful is not better you want to go
6245s for Rapid
6246s um because you want to get more shots in
6248s even though the damage is less because
6252s you're hitting more hits that means more
6254s opportunities with any of those
6255s additional procking effects to occur now
6258s if you are going for a build that says
6260s screw proc effects I'm trying to like
6262s One-Shot Johnson uh then yeah powerful
6264s is definitely your better option there I
6266s don't think one is inherently better
6267s than the other and I think that as far
6270s as the design has gone thus far I feel
6273s like we're pretty happy with where
6274s that's at too

6279s your big reasons for choosing one over

6396s we've had discussions about faster
6399s um scrapping
6400s um we are putting a lot of emphasis on
6403s like what it would look like from
6404s controller support as well because we
6406s are going to be launching inevitably uh
6408s for consoles
6409s and um you know there there is an
6412s accessibility Factor there that could be
6414s very beneficial for just pushing a
6416s button as opposed to like highlighting
6417s through with especially like dual
6419s joysticks
6421s um but yeah there's nothing set in stone
6423s about about going that direction
6427s um I definitely think that is a nice to
6429s have feature and if it's not on our
6432s plate I'm sure that the people that are
6434s watching the stream as well as myself
6437s um will definitely at least raise the
6439s question of possibility but I honestly
6441s can't guarantee anything
