[2020] No Dwarf variation on the featured shop in all s2 long?

We got the Fool variation of the Jester, and the Ogre variation of the Orc, which were kinda meh as they look almost like the Season Pass versions. today it was the day for the last featured shop according to the timer we had during the last three days, it looked like the perfect time to finally release the glorious Red beard Dwarf but there is nothing at all

Is him going to the cool skins limbo with the MVP and all these never released alternate versions of known costumes? I was waiting for it for the whole 2 months+ this season has been going D:

I know we got the Gatherer on the regular shop for season 2, but there are a bunch of iconic skins that were never released, and i'm afraid this is one more in that list. I don't understand if devs are saving designs for the future years or what is going on with these but i'm very intrigued
