As a Shelter builder, this news is disastrous
Some of you may know me from the shelter adventures I make, So you will know that the way I use flamethrowers in Shelters allows for player interaction and facilitates gated progression until triggers to destroy walls/objects. Sometimes they create a sense of spectacle and wonder. Not one of my uses for flamethrowers involves ever trying to hurt a player. FROOGR Inc makes FUN interactive shelter adventures for everyone to enjoy.
As I understand it, even if you do die in a shelter you DONT drop your junk! So if the worry is people can kill people in shelters with flamethrowers, then there is no penalty for death anyway...
If you are skeptical about what I say, you probably have just not had the pleasure of visiting a shelter that utilizes interactive ways to engage the player and tell a guided story/adventure/challenge
