[2019] Strangler heart power armor crashing my game.

It's been posted a few times already but I think it really needs to be seen by devs. Anytime I use the strangler heart power armor and enough stacks of acid damage are on an enemy it freezes my game. Sometimes for 5 seconds, sometimes to desktop.

I've run memtest 3 times with 0 errors, changed CPU affinity, installed all the latest drivers, turned down all the settings, turned down the particle count in INI settings, and nothing seems to fix it.

I'd really like a dev to take a look, because apparently it's crashing other people around the effect as well.
