I should have easily fit two wires with how much i scrapped now. I reloaded, my budget was still full. I closed out 76, nothing. It's like my budget is just disappearing with the stuff I scrap. (No, I am not "storing" instead of "scrapping")

They didn't touch anything with the camp budgets so I'm not entirely sure what is going on here.
