[2021] I got banned for usage of a third party program... but nothing was different in my computer.

I got banned a few days ago, out of nowhere and with no information whatsoever.
I had sent a ticket detailing all the things I could have possibly done that day that may have triggered a ban, but in the end, it was a "third party program".

The thing is- to my knowledge, I had nothing different that day. I played the game for half a year or so, and suddely I am banned.

My appeal was refuted... I know posting here won't really do anything, but... how?
On the very day before it, I spent 6 hours building an hospital and a new build, suddenly I am banned.

I have no idea whatsoever of what was different in my computer that day, other than that I played borderless and streamed the game on discord. THAT is the only different thing I can think, and I even reported that!

Am I just supposed to forget it all? Move on?
I am sorry to bother you all with this, I am just at a loss and quite upset. I invested a lot of time and I have no idea why I was even banned!!
