Can anyone shed some light on this? I haven't been on since the last major dupe glitch and I come back to see that my backpacks have changed from the free states backpacks to "standard standard" backpacks. Honestly, what the f*ck is going on?
External link →Cosmetic backpacks now works as a skin rather than a separately crafted backpack item. You should be able to apply the Free States skin to your backpack at the armor workbench.

It's not listed under mods, it should be listed under skins. Do you have a screenshot of this?
