[2021] Can we please get a Plan: Father Winter Helmet Paint or let the helmet when used unlock the paint for future crafting?

The Father Winter Helmet is such a weird item... in that you can’t transfer it to power armor like a normal helmet. Instead, you have to wear power armor and then “equip” the helmet which will add it to the chassis and swap out your old helmet.

Anyway, being that it’s such a rare drop and not tradable, it would be nice to get another one if we ever accidentally lose the first one. I can just see myself in a moment of system lag or impatience scrapping my power armor chassis and losing this helmet.

Unlike unique skins like The Gutter or Whisper in the Dark where I can just go craft those items again because I have the plans... or Fasnacht masks where I can just go find a player willing to sell or trade them... there’s no way to get another Father Winter Helmet without waiting a whole year for another chance at an extremely low drop rate.

Please add Plans for this and other easily lost, sold, or stolen items (stolen if stash/vendor exploits still exist). Thanks!

Edit: I mean, I guess I can understand why certain items like outfits from map events or from Forbidden Knowledge, etc. don’t have plans... they’re rare and tradable and so that increases their cap (or EBay) value for sellers. But things like the Father Winter Helmet that can’t be sold or traded but could be somehow lost, well, they NEED plans!
