Just tried to run Radiation Rumble and dear GOD! The framerate tanked so low I could hardly move let alone shoot at anything! It was specifically around the ore deposit room that the frames collapsed. My ps4 fans went crazy too so something in there is definitely bugged. Never had this issue before the patch. =/
