This patch is a mess, missing power armour and old bugs back from the dead. Can't seen to catch a break.
Lowering the levels of all those areas is also a bad move and will ruin the experience of most players.
Energy weapons are still terrible, do no damage and break instantly all while not working for stealth at all.
Stash management is still the bane of most players.
Legendary enemies have basically vanished or drop nothing.
The list goes on but basically Bethesda needs to have a test realm for patches and have players test it out for a few days and make suggestions, Bethesda should also take a moment to listen to our feedback.
