[2021] BOS Recruitment Bundle is a scam. Still haven't received anything 2 days later.

Bought through Xbox gamepass for PC 3 days ago, it was on sale for $17, so I figured why not. I love the brotherhood and the sh*t looked cool. Been logging in every day looking forward to getting the backpack equipped and the tower built, but there's a problem... It's not in my inventory! Xbox support was completely useless in trying to resolve this issue, had me reset some appdata as if that would have fixed it. Contacted bethesda with no response, expecting the "We don't support 3rd Party DLC" schtick. Am I missing something??
