[2020] Dear Bethesda, can you please fix the Wrapped Cap?

I'm sure it isn't on their radar, but as it stands one of the rarer and cooler outfits in the game (Tattered Field Jacket) is pretty much useless since the only thing it looks good with, the Wrapped Cap, doesn't work properly and allow for a gas mask. Unfortunately, the Wrapped cap doesn't really look good on anything but the Field Jacket either, and the extremely abundant regular Gas Mask in the game, really only looks good with the wrapped cap. That's three pieces of in-game apparel rendered sort of useless thanks to (from what I've read) is a problem that comes down to something as simple as a box being unchecked in the files. I saw that they fixed the Mole Miner event outfits, unfortunately though I don't think things like this ever get addressed until there are a bunch of people complaining, and this might be a little too niche of a problem for them to fix.
